1. Assist experienced technicians in troubleshooting any equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs to ensure smooth operation of store facilities.
2. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify any potential issues.
3. Assist in the installation of new equipment and provide support during the set-up process.
4. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs, including documenting any issues and solutions.
5. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding equipment maintenance and repairs.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any equipment-related concerns or issues raised by store employees.
7. Monitor inventory of necessary equipment parts and supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
8. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance and repairs.
9. Continuously strive to improve equipment efficiency and recommend any necessary upgrades or changes.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
11. Attend training and development programs to stay updated on the latest equipment and maintenance techniques.
