Job Description

As the Asset Protection Manager, you will play a crucial role in protecting our assets, preventing losses, and ensuring the overall safety and security of our stores.   1. Develop and implement asset protection strategies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our stores, employees, and customers.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of asset protection, including loss prevention, risk management, and physical security.
  3. Conduct regular store audits and risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
  4. Train and educate store associates on asset protection policies, procedures, and best practices to promote a secure and safe working environment.
  5. Collaborate with store management and corporate teams to investigate and resolve incidents of theft, fraud, and other security-related issues.
  6. Monitor and analyze data and trends related to asset protection to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive measures to prevent losses.
  7. Maintain and update asset protection policies and procedures to align with industry best practices and legal requirements.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement agencies to enhance the safety and security of our stores.
  9. Manage and oversee the performance of a team of asset protection associates, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  10. Conduct regular training and drills to ensure all employees are prepared to respond effectively in emergency situations.
  11. Communicate regularly with store management and corporate teams to provide updates on asset protection initiatives, incidents, and risks.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and developments in asset protection to continuously improve and enhance our strategies and procedures.
  13. Foster a culture of safety and security within the organization by promoting awareness and accountability among all employees.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements related to asset protection and safety.
  15. Serve as a role model for ethical conduct and integrity, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Or Law Enforcement.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Security Systems, Cctv Technology, And Other Loss Prevention Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Train A Team.

  • Familiarity With State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Asset Protection And Loss Prevention.
