As an Asset Protection Manager, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our company's assets and ensuring the safety of our customers and employees. We are looking for a proactive individual with exceptional leadership skills and a strong understanding of security protocols.   1. Develop and implement asset protection strategies to protect the company's assets and reduce losses.
  2. Conduct regular audits to identify potential security risks and develop solutions to mitigate them.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to asset protection.
  4. Train and supervise a team of asset protection associates to ensure the safety of customers and employees.
  5. Utilize surveillance equipment and technology to monitor and identify potential security threats.
  6. Investigate and report any incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security incidents and investigations.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in asset protection and implement them within the company.
  9. Conduct regular training sessions for employees to promote awareness and understanding of security protocols.
  10. Serve as the main point of contact for law enforcement agencies and assist with any investigations or legal proceedings related to security incidents.
  11. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and patterns in security incidents and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Communicate effectively with company leadership regarding any security concerns or risks.
  13. Ensure that all security equipment and technology is properly maintained and functioning.
  14. Implement emergency response protocols and procedures in case of security threats or incidents.
  15. Uphold a strong commitment to customer and employee safety and provide a positive and welcoming environment for all.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Management, Criminal Justice, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Asset Protection Or Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Security Systems And Procedures, Including Cctv Monitoring, Alarm Systems, And Access Control.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Employees At All Levels And Handle Sensitive Situations With Tact And Diplomacy.

  • Proven Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Manage A Team Of Asset Protection Associates To Ensure Compliance With Company Policies And Procedures.
