As the Asset Protection Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our stores, associates, and customers.   1. Develop and implement asset protection strategies to protect company assets, including physical assets, merchandise, and cash.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of vulnerability within the organization.
  3. Train and educate store associates on security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  4. Monitor and analyze store activity, including surveillance footage and alarm systems, to identify potential threats and respond accordingly.
  5. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other external partners to investigate and resolve security incidents.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in asset protection to continuously improve and enhance security measures.
  7. Conduct internal investigations and audits to identify and address employee theft, fraud, and other security-related issues.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with store managers and other key stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and security.
  9. Manage a team of asset protection associates, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  10. Prepare and present reports on security incidents, trends, and risk assessments to senior management.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to asset protection.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve security protocols and procedures to mitigate risk and improve overall security.
  13. Respond to emergency situations and provide support to store associates and customers in times of crisis.
  14. Develop and maintain a budget for asset protection expenses and manage costs effectively.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Business Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Or Security Management.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Security Systems And Surveillance Technology.
