1. Develop and implement effective asset protection policies and procedures for all store locations.
2. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential security risks and make recommendations for improvements.
3. Train and educate store employees on proper security protocols and procedures.
4. Monitor and review surveillance footage and investigate any suspected incidents of theft or fraud.
5. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and assist with any investigations or legal proceedings.
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security incidents and investigations.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention techniques.
8. Manage and oversee a team of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
9. Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify and address any safety or security concerns.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners such as security vendors and law enforcement agencies.
11. Communicate effectively with store management and corporate teams to ensure understanding and compliance with asset protection policies.
12. Respond promptly and appropriately to any emergency situations that may arise.
13. Analyze data and reports to identify patterns and trends in security incidents, and implement strategies to prevent future occurrences.
14. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to asset protection.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve asset protection procedures to ensure the safety and security of all store locations.
