  1. Oversee and manage the apparel department, ensuring it is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of associates to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
  3. Train new associates on store procedures, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with store management to maintain appropriate stock levels and manage product ordering.
  5. Assist in creating and implementing merchandising strategies to maximize sales and meet customer demand.
  6. Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all company and OSHA safety standards.
  8. Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  10. Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and industry developments to provide customers with the latest and most sought-after merchandise.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Retail Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail, Preferably In The Apparel Department. This Will Ensure That They Have A Good Understanding Of Customer Needs And Can Effectively Manage The Department.

  • Leadership Skills: As An Apparel/Asst Dept Leader, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Employees. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Motivate And Guide Their Team Towards Achieving Goals.

  • Knowledge Of Apparel Merchandising: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Apparel Merchandising, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Product Placement. This Will Help Them Effectively Manage The Department And Drive Sales.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial In Any Leadership Role, And The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills. They Should Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Concisely With Their Team, As Well As With Customers And Upper Management.
