  1. Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
  2. Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices for attracting and selecting top talent.
  4. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely and constructive feedback to all parties involved.
  6. Lead the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  7. Maintain and update recruitment data and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  9. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process.
  10. Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities to promote the company and attract top talent.
  11. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the candidate experience to ensure a positive and professional impression of Kraft Heinz.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Kraft Heinz and promote the company's values and culture to potential candidates.
  14. Assist with other HR duties and projects as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing Candidates.

  • Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders.
