We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager for our UKI (United Kingdom and Ireland) region. As the Talent Acquisition Manager UKI, you will play a critical role in attracting and retaining top talent to drive our business forward. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about people and has a proven track record in recruiting and developing top talent. If you are a strategic thinker with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, we want to hear from you!

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the UKI region of Kraft Heinz.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  3. Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  4. Conduct thorough and effective screening and interviewing processes to ensure the best fit for the organization.
  5. Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  6. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and maintain a strong employer brand and ensure alignment with the company's values and culture.
  7. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve and optimize the talent acquisition process.
  8. Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future job opportunities.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Train and mentor junior members of the talent acquisition team to ensure a high level of performance and growth within the department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, Preferably In The Uk And Ireland Market

  • Strong Knowledge Of Uk And Ireland Employment Laws And Regulations

  • Proven Track Record In Sourcing And Hiring Top Talent, Including Experience With Direct Sourcing Methods

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Internal Stakeholders And External Partners.
