- Develop and implement user-centered design solutions for Kraft Heinz's digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to understand user needs and business goals.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Use industry best practices and design standards to ensure consistency and usability across all digital platforms.
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and emerging trends.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and style guides to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand experience.
- Collaborate with other designers to share knowledge, provide feedback, and improve overall design quality.
- Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and present design solutions in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality designs within given deadlines.
- Act as a UX advocate and champion within the company, promoting the importance of user-centered design and its impact on business success.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or User Experience Design.
Minimum 3-5 Years Of Experience In Ux Design, Preferably In The Consumer Packaged Goods Industry.
Strong Portfolio Showcasing A Range Of Ux Design Projects, With A Focus On User-Centered Design Principles And Solving Complex Design Problems.
Expertise In Ux Design Tools Such As Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, And Invision, As Well As Proficiency In Html, Css, And Javascript.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Product Managers, Developers, And Other Stakeholders To Bring Designs To Life.
