• Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent for Kraft Heinz.
• Collaborate with various departments and leaders to identify talent needs and develop plans to address them.
• Manage the full cycle of talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
• Create and execute learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Conduct regular training sessions to educate employees on talent management best practices and company policies.
• Monitor and analyze talent data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
