- Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent for Kraft Heinz.
- Collaborate with various departments and leaders to identify talent needs and develop plans to address them.
- Manage the full cycle of talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
- Create and execute learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Conduct regular training sessions to educate employees on talent management best practices and company policies.
- Monitor and analyze talent data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management to continuously improve our processes and programs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on talent management matters.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support talent management initiatives.
- Assist with succession planning and developing career paths for employees.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Talent & Development team by staying organized, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing projects.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and encourages employee growth and development.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Kraft Heinz, promoting our company values and culture to potential candidates.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Development, Learning And Development, Or Human Resources.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Talent Management Processes, Including Performance Management, Succession Planning, And Leadership Development.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Demonstrated Experience In Designing And Delivering Effective Training Programs, Utilizing A Variety Of Instructional Methods And Technologies.
