  1. Manage and oversee the Time & Absence function within our Workday system.
  2. Monitor and maintain the functionality and accuracy of our Workday system.
  3. Develop and implement strategic plans for managing time and absence policies and procedures.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to time and absence.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  6. Train and support HR team members and employees on Workday and time and absence processes.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Workday and time and absence management.
  8. Provide regular reports and analysis on time and absence data to inform decision making.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Workday or time and absence processes.
  10. Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Workday Experience: A Sr Workday Manager - Time & Absence At Kraft Heinz Should Possess At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With The Workday Platform. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Time & Absence Module And Be Able To Effectively Troubleshoot And Optimize The System.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: This Role Will Involve Managing Multiple Projects Related To Time & Absence, Such As Implementing New Features Or Rolling Out Updates. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Project Management, Including Creating Timelines, Delegating Tasks, And Ensuring Successful Project Completion.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities: As A Senior Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Workday Analysts And Specialists. They Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Guidance And Support To Their Team Members.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Time & Absence Regulations And Compliance: The Sr Workday Manager - Time & Absence Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Labor Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Standards Related To Time And Absence Tracking. This Includes Federal, State, And Local Laws And Regulations, As Well As Company Policies And Procedures.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: This Role Will Require The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Identify Trends, Patterns, And Issues Related To Time & Absence. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Use Data To Make Informed Decisions And Propose Solutions To Improve Processes And Systems. They Should Also Have A Strong Attention To Detail To Ensure Accuracy And Compliance In All Time And Absence-Related Tasks.
