  1. Lead the HR function for the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Develop and implement innovative HR initiatives to support business objectives.
  3. Drive the performance management process by setting clear goals and expectations, providing feedback and coaching, and evaluating employee performance.
  4. Develop and execute strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the organization.
  5. Collaborate with leadership to identify and address employee development needs, including training and career development opportunities.
  6. Lead and manage employee relations and provide guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures.
  7. Develop and maintain HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and practices.
  9. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  10. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on all HR-related matters.
  11. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  12. Manage and develop a team of HR professionals to support the organization's HR needs.
  13. Develop and manage the HR budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
  14. Collaborate with other departments and functions to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Kraft Heinz and represent the company in a positive and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Human Resources Management: A Sr. Manager Hr, People & Performance At Kraft Heinz Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Human Resources Operations, Including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Talent Development.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Hr Professionals, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Such As Strategic Thinking, Decision-Making, And The Ability To Drive Change.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Best Practices: Kraft Heinz Is A Global Company With A Diverse Workforce. The Sr. Manager Hr, People & Performance Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Hr Best Practices, Including Labor Laws, Compliance, And Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role. The Sr. Manager Hr, People & Performance Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Employees At All Levels, As Well As Building Relationships With Stakeholders And External Partners.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Programs: Kraft Heinz Values Innovation And Continuous Improvement. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Hr Programs That Drive Employee Engagement, Performance, And Retention. This Could Include Initiatives Such As Leadership Development, Employee Recognition, And Wellness Programs.
