  1. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support the sales division in developing and executing effective strategies and initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and provide recommendations to drive growth and improve sales performance.
  3. Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and present findings to senior management.
  4. Utilize statistical techniques and tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in sales data.
  5. Monitor HR metrics related to sales, such as turnover rates and employee engagement, and provide recommendations to improve overall performance.
  6. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and inform sales strategies.
  7. Support the implementation of sales incentive programs and provide analysis on their effectiveness.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leaders and external partners.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and innovative approaches to data analysis and sales strategies.
  10. Train and mentor junior analysts in data analysis techniques and tools.
  11. Ensure data accuracy and integrity, and adhere to company data privacy policies.
  12. Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to senior management as needed.
  13. Continuously look for ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness in sales analysis.
  14. Proactively identify potential issues and provide recommendations for solutions.
  15. Collaborate with the HR team to support overall company objectives and goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Hr Policies And Procedures, Specifically In The Area Of Sales And Marketing.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collect And Interpret Data To Make Informed Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Hr Initiatives And Programs In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Senior-Level Hr Role, Preferably In The Cpg Industry.
