- Develop and implement a dedicated fleet transportation strategy to optimize supply chain operations for Kraft Heinz.
- Analyze transportation data and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in transportation processes.
- Manage and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Monitor and track transportation performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in transportation management to identify potential opportunities for innovation.
- Develop and maintain transportation budgets and forecasts to support overall supply chain goals.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication of transportation updates and changes.
- Train and mentor junior analysts on transportation management processes and procedures.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on transportation performance and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies.

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Transportation And Logistics, Preferably In A Dedicated Fleet Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Or Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Areas For Improvement And Implement Solutions.
Proficiency In Transportation Management Systems And Other Relevant Software, As Well As Advanced Knowledge Of Microsoft Excel.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
