
Sr. Analyst, Compensation – Operations

- Conduct regular analysis of compensation data to ensure fair and competitive pay practices.
- Manage and maintain compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and equity awards.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Develop and implement new compensation initiatives and strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in compensation to continually improve our programs.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and management on compensation-related matters.
- Communicate compensation updates and changes to employees and managers in a clear and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation.
- Identify and address any discrepancies or issues with compensation data or processes.
- Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking studies to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Support the annual performance review and merit increase process.
- Train and educate HR and management on compensation principles and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data and insights for business decisions.
- Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of compensation programs and processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity with all compensation-related data and information.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Analysis And Operations, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Advanced Knowledge Of Compensation Principles, Practices, And Regulations.
Experience With Job Evaluation Processes, Salary Benchmarking, Incentive Plan Design, And Compensation Planning.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data.
