Senior Planner, S&OP - Demand

1. Develop and lead the demand planning process for all products within the Kraft Heinz portfolio.
2. Develop and maintain a demand forecast using statistical models and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
3. Monitor demand trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to accurately forecast future demand.
4. Utilize demand planning software and tools to track and analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to align on demand forecasts and identify potential risks.
6. Develop and maintain inventory management strategies to ensure product availability and optimize inventory levels.
7. Lead monthly S&OP meetings to review demand forecasts, identify gaps, and drive action plans to meet company targets.

9. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their demand patterns and incorporate them into the demand planning process.
10. Train and mentor junior demand planning team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in demand forecasting.
11. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in market demand to proactively adjust demand plans accordingly.
12. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize demand planning processes and increase efficiency.
13. Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demand.
14. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to demand planning and inventory management.
