- Develop and maintain relationships with external research partners and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders to inform decision-making processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in consumer insights and incorporate them into the company's strategies.
- Mentor and lead a team of consumer insights professionals, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
- Represent Kraft Heinz at industry events and conferences to showcase our brand and thought leadership in consumer insights.
Extensive Experience In Consumer Insights And Market Research: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Consumer Insights And Market Research, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Qualitative And Quantitative Research Methods, As Well As Experience With Various Data Analysis And Reporting Tools.
Proven Track Record In Platform Innovation: The Senior Manager Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Launching Innovative Products Or Platforms In The Consumer Packaged Goods Industry. They Should Be Able To Demonstrate Their Ability To Identify Market Trends, Consumer Needs, And Translate Them Into Actionable Insights And Innovative Solutions.
Strategic Thinking And Leadership Skills: This Role Requires A Strategic Thinker Who Can Develop Long-Term Plans And Drive The Organization Towards Achieving Its Goals. The Senior Manager Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills And Be Able To Inspire And Motivate Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Results.
