  1. Oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis for the supply chain operations of the company.
  2. Drive data transformation initiatives to improve overall financial performance.
  3. Develop and implement financial strategies for the supply chain operations, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  4. Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  5. Monitor and manage the financial performance of the supply chain operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  6. Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, operations, and data analytics, to achieve financial and operational goals.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance, supply chain, and data analytics, and utilize this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to support the success of the supply chain operations.
  10. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, and proactively identify and address any potential risks or issues.
  11. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the finance team, promoting growth and professional development opportunities.
  13. Act as a strategic partner to the supply chain leadership team, providing financial insights and guidance to support decision-making.
  14. Represent the company's values and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions and responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Supply Chain Or Manufacturing Environment.

  • Strong Proficiency In Data Analytics And Ability To Transform Complex Data Into Actionable Insights.

  • Experience In Driving Process Improvements And Implementing Systems And Tools To Enhance Financial Reporting And Forecasting.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Financial Information To Senior Management.
