Responsibilities:

  1. Lead financial planning and analysis processes for Kraft Heinz's manufacturing operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and provide insights into manufacturing performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the manufacturing process.
  4. Analyze manufacturing cost drivers and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators for manufacturing, highlighting trends and identifying areas for improvement.
  6. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  7. Partner with operations teams to develop and track key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.
  8. Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support to drive their professional growth and development.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact manufacturing operations and financial performance.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the manufacturing FP&A function.
  11. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures related to manufacturing financial operations.
  12. Collaborate with other finance teams to support company-wide initiatives and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
  13. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and streamline financial processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis Roles, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Consumer Packaged Goods Company.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, And Variance Analysis.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Provide Insights For Decision-Making.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Financial Information To Senior Management.
