- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and increase market share for the Primal Kitchen brand in the East region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors in the region to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and channels.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and trainings with the sales team to ensure alignment with brand messaging and sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop effective promotions and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Represent the Primal Kitchen brand at industry events and trade shows to generate leads and build brand recognition.
- Manage and track sales budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on sales performance and market insights.
- Mentor and develop sales team members to maximize their potential and contribute to the overall success of the brand.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
- Travel within the region as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Representatives.
