1. Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and processes to ensure that all products meet company and industry standards.
2. Monitor and evaluate all stages of the production process to identify and address any potential issues or defects that may compromise product quality.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, R&D, and supply chain to continuously improve processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
4. Conduct thorough audits of suppliers, ingredients, and packaging materials to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
5. Lead and train a team of quality assurance technicians to ensure proper execution of quality control procedures.
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality control processes, test results, and corrective actions taken.
7. Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, working closely with customer service and production teams.
8. Stay informed on industry trends and regulations related to food safety and quality control, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory agencies and auditors to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
10. Participate in new product development and launch processes, providing guidance and support to ensure quality standards are met.
11. Conduct regular training and education sessions for employees on quality assurance processes and procedures.

13. Communicate any quality-related issues or concerns to senior management and make recommendations for corrective actions.
