  1. Oversee and manage the entire production process to ensure that products are manufactured in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
  3. Lead and develop a team of production associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance targets.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality control, supply chain, and engineering, to continuously improve processes and achieve production goals.
  5. Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  6. Ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  7. Manage production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet customer demands and deadlines.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and equipment.
  9. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in production processes.
  10. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure an uninterrupted flow of production.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to production team members to ensure optimal performance and growth.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve production processes.
  13. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to provide updates, address issues, and drive collaboration.
  14. Identify and address any safety concerns or hazards in the production process.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized production facility to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Production Management, Preferably In The Food Or Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team In A Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements To Increase Efficiency And Reduce Costs.
