- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in sanitation practices to continuously improve and enhance production hygiene processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of quality cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Investigate and address any sanitation-related incidents or complaints to ensure prompt resolution and prevent future occurrences.
Bachelor's Degree In Food Science, Microbiology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Food Production Facility, Preferably In A Management Or Supervisory Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations And Standards, Including Haccp And Gmps.
Experience Implementing And Managing Sanitation Programs, Including Training And Auditing.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
