- Design and develop new processing and packaging systems for food products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Lead and manage the processing design team to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in processing technology.
- Analyze and evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for processing design projects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and present design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and food industry standards in all processing designs.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support to production facilities for processing and packaging issues.
- Mentor and train junior engineers on processing design principles and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Or Process Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Food Or Beverage Production Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Processing Technologies, Equipment, And Systems.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
