As a Plant Controller, you will play a critical role in managing the financial operations of our manufacturing plant, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes. To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.   1. Oversee and manage all financial operations of the manufacturing plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  2. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory management.
  3. Develop and maintain financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  5. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial tasks.
  7. Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to various stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  9. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to provide financial guidance and support on business initiatives.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Manufacturing Environment

  • Strong Understanding Of Gaap, Financial Reporting, And Internal Controls

  • Experience With Sap Or Another Large Erp System
