7. Maintain a strong understanding of industry best practices and incorporate them into packaging design and development.
8. Partner with suppliers to source and evaluate new packaging materials and technologies.
9. Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications for packaging materials and processes.
10. Participate in cross-functional projects and provide packaging expertise and support as needed.
11. Stay updated on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor packaging strategies.
12. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in packaging design and processes.
13. Train and mentor junior packaging team members.
14. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards related to packaging.
15. Represent Kraft Heinz in industry forums and events to enhance the company's reputation and stay updated on industry developments.
