Job Description

Welcome to Kraft Heinz, a global food and beverage company dedicated to providing quality products to consumers around the world. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our partnerships with two of the leading foodservice distributors in the UK, Bidfood and Brakes. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about the food industry and has a proven track record of driving growth in national accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving our business forward and making a meaningful impact in the foodservice industry.

  1. Manage partnerships with leading foodservice distributors, Bidfood and Brakes, to ensure timely delivery and quality of products to customers.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and increase sales in national accounts.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Bidfood and Brakes, including account managers and senior executives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to develop and execute joint business plans.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and address any issues.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  7. Work closely with finance to manage pricing and promotional strategies to ensure profitability and achieve sales targets.
  8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to provide relevant product recommendations and drive customer satisfaction.
  9. Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
  10. Represent Kraft Heinz at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
  11. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand Kraft Heinz's presence in the foodservice industry.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in managing national accounts.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Food Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Managing Large National Accounts, With A Focus On Bidfood And Brakes.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Foodservice Industry, Including Trends, Competitors, And Customer Needs.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field. Advanced Degree Or Certifications In Sales Or Account Management Is A Plus.
