MRO Lead

Facilitate company strategies for MRO management. Implement- maintain SOP’s and processes for MRO Stockroom. Identify and prioritize activities of Storeroom attendants. Manage Repair and Exchange process.; Conduct daily restocking of bins for goods receipts. Establish- analyze and adjust inventory levels (considering customer input and inventory optimization theory). Maintain tracking mechanisms- charts and reports to manage inventory level. Provide technical training for Attendants & Kraft Heinz associates. Participant on other Kraft Heinz teams & support team decisions. Provide vacation and absence coverage for Storeroom attendants. Monitor and expedite overdue PO’s; Resolve incorrect shipments with vendors; Track and monitor vendor performance measures. Maintain and track housekeeping of the Storeroom using 5S guidelines.
