1. Lead and manage all aspects of the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) process, from initial target identification to deal execution and integration.
2. Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential M&A targets, including evaluation of financial statements, market trends, and industry dynamics.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential acquisition targets, investment banks, and other industry players.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to evaluate and execute on potential M&A opportunities.
5. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on potential M&A transactions, including risks and opportunities.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential M&A targets and opportunities.
7. Negotiate and structure deals to maximize value for Kraft Heinz, while ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and financial goals.
8. Oversee and manage the integration process of acquired companies, working closely with the integration team to achieve successful integration and value creation.
9. Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and relationships to stay at the forefront of potential M&A opportunities.
10. Serve as a subject matter expert on M&A activities, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.
