1. Oversee all HR functions for the Supply Chain Finance team, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and values.
3. Partner with senior leadership to understand the needs and goals of the Supply Chain Finance team, and provide guidance and support to help achieve those objectives.

9. Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
10. Collaborate with other HR managers and teams to share best practices and drive consistency across the company.
11. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures within the Supply Chain Finance team.
12. Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.
