- Oversee all HR functions for the Supply Chain Finance team, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and values.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand the needs and goals of the Supply Chain Finance team, and provide guidance and support to help achieve those objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, and serve as a trusted advisor and resource for HR-related matters.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture, and drive employee satisfaction and retention.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns related to employee performance, behavior, or morale.
- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the Supply Chain Finance team.
- Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Collaborate with other HR managers and teams to share best practices and drive consistency across the company.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures within the Supply Chain Finance team.
- Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resource Management, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hr, Preferably In The Supply Chain Or Finance Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Finance Principles And Processes.
Proven Experience In Managing And Developing A Team, With A Focus On Driving Results And Promoting A Positive Work Culture.
