
Manager, GBS Global Project Management

- Lead and manage cross-functional projects within the Global Business Services organization.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Provide coaching and guidance to project team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in project management to continuously improve processes and strategies.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate project status, progress, and results to all relevant stakeholders.
- Drive a high-performing team culture that values diversity and inclusivity.
- Uphold the company values and represent Kraft Heinz in a positive and professional manner.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Global Setting
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.
