- Develop and implement consumer research methodologies to gather insights on consumer behavior, preferences, and attitudes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative product concepts that meet consumer needs and align with company goals.
- Utilize consumer insights to inform product development and drive innovation across all aspects of the business.
- Monitor and report on industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences to identify new growth opportunities.
- Create and maintain consumer profiles and personas to guide product development and marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement research studies to test and validate new product ideas and concepts.
- Use data and insights to make recommendations for product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies.
- Communicate research findings and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and advancements in consumer research and innovation to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- Manage and mentor a team of consumer insights professionals to support innovation efforts.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as market research agencies, to conduct research studies and gather additional insights.
- Act as a subject matter expert on consumer insights and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the company by encouraging and supporting new ideas and initiatives.
- Uphold the company's values and promote a positive work environment.
Extensive Experience In Consumer Insights: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Consumer Insights, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Consumer Behavior, Market Trends, And Consumer Research Methodologies.
Innovation Mindset: The Manager Of Consumer Insights- Innovation Should Have A Strong Passion For Innovation And Be Able To Think Outside The Box. They Should Be Able To Identify New And Emerging Trends In The Food Industry And Use Consumer Insights To Drive Product Innovation.
Strategic Thinking: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Strategic Thinking Skills And Be Able To Develop And Implement Insights-Driven Strategies To Support The Company's Innovation Goals. They Should Be Able To Use Consumer Insights To Identify Growth Opportunities And Make Data-Driven Business Decisions.
