
Manager, Change Management

- Lead and manage change management projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments of organizational needs and readiness for change, and develop appropriate interventions to address any gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, communications, and project management, to align change efforts with overall business goals.
- Facilitate communication and engagement with employees at all levels of the organization to build buy-in and support for change initiatives.
- Provide coaching and training to leaders and managers to enhance their change leadership skills and support their teams through transitions.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
- Identify potential risks and barriers to change, and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Act as a change agent and advocate for a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the organization.
- Stay current on industry best practices and trends in change management, and recommend innovative approaches to drive organizational change.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Management, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Change Management Or Related Field
