1. Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations for the company, including transportation, distribution, and inventory management.

8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management, implementing new technologies and processes to drive continuous improvement.
9. Train and mentor team members to ensure a high-performing and motivated logistics team.
10. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements related to logistics operations.
11. Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement to senior management.
