- Lead and manage a team of packaging designers and engineers to develop innovative and visually appealing packaging solutions for Kraft Heinz products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and manufacturing to understand product requirements and translate them into effective packaging designs.
- Utilize expertise in design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes to create packaging that is both functional and visually appealing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in packaging design and implement them in our product packaging.
- Develop and maintain packaging design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all product lines.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of packaging designs to ensure they meet brand standards and compliance requirements.
- Manage the packaging design process from conceptualization to final production, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges in the packaging design process and provide effective solutions.
- Mentor and train junior packaging designers and engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
- Monitor and manage the packaging design budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented without compromising on quality.
Bachelor's Degree In Packaging Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Packaging Design And Development.
Strong Understanding Of Packaging Materials, Processes, And Equipment.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Packaging Engineers.
Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
