  1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  2. Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  3. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
  4. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management, in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  6. Serve as a point of contact for employees' HR-related questions and concerns.
  7. Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  8. Support managers in creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
  9. Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to improve employee experience and retention.
  10. Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
  11. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve HR processes and procedures.
  14. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  15. Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment

  • Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Eeo, Ada, And Fmla

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization

  • Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite
