
Global Supplier Quality Process Manager

- Develop and implement global supplier quality processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of supplier facilities to evaluate their quality systems and food safety practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance.
- Identify and address potential quality issues or risks within the supply chain and develop proactive solutions to prevent them.
- Provide guidance and support to suppliers on quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze supplier quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs for suppliers on quality and food safety requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain supplier quality agreements.
- Stay informed of industry trends and regulations related to food safety and quality and make recommendations for updates to company policies and procedures.
- Continuously strive to improve and optimize the supplier quality process to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Quality Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supplier Quality Management, Preferably In A Global Supply Chain Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Quality Management Systems Such As Iso 9001 And Six Sigma.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Cross-Functionally And Lead Teams.
Proven Track Record In Developing And Implementing Effective Supplier Quality Processes And Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
