- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for Eastern European markets.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance and achieve growth targets.

- Monitor and track budget versus actuals to identify variances and potential risks or opportunities.

- Manage and develop a team of financial analysts to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.

- Proactively identify and address potential financial issues and recommend solutions to mitigate risks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial planning and analysis processes.
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Multinational Corporation.
Strong Knowledge Of Eastern European Markets And Financial Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Financial Planning And Analysis Processes For A Region Or Business Unit.
Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Financial Information To Stakeholders At All Levels.
