Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems, Maintenance, And Operations.
Proven Track Record Of Implementing Cost-Saving Strategies And Improving Facility Efficiency.
