Partners with Marketing to develop and simulate the P&L based on performance- commercialization- and pricing. Leads the AOP and partners with Marketing to analyze and deliver results in MPR. Develops accurate financial plans and forecasts- ensures thorough understanding of opportunities- risks- and rewards- and influences the business to drive profitable growth. Coaches and develops direct reports to own category-specific finance processes- targets- and deliverables.
