Job Description

Welcome to Kraft Heinz, a global leader in the food and beverage industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Demand Planner to join our Away From Home team. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for analyzing and forecasting demand for our Away From Home products, ensuring accurate supply chain planning and efficient inventory management. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive results.   1. Analyze and forecast demand for Away From Home products to ensure accurate supply chain planning and inventory management.
  2. Utilize analytical tools and techniques to monitor and track sales trends, market conditions, and customer buying patterns.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to develop demand forecasts and inventory plans.
  4. Continuously monitor and adjust forecasts based on changes in market conditions and customer demand.
  5. Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities to the business based on demand trends and insights.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of demand planning processes and objectives.
  7. Utilize data and insights to make data-driven recommendations and decisions to optimize inventory levels and improve supply chain efficiency.
  8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy and inventory levels.
  9. Utilize forecasting and inventory management software to track and analyze demand data.
  10. Participate in regular demand planning meetings and provide updates and insights to key stakeholders.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform demand forecasts and strategies.
  12. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance demand planning processes and efficiency.
  13. Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement promotional strategies to meet demand and inventory objectives.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to demand planning and inventory management.
  15. Take ownership of demand planning initiatives and drive results to contribute to the success of the Away From Home business.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Demand Planning Or Forecasting In The Food And Beverage Industry

  • Proficiency In Demand Planning Software And Microsoft Excel

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, Able To Work Cross-Functionally With Sales, Marketing, And Operations Teams To Align On Demand Forecasts And Plans.
