  1. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive overall business growth in the Dollar General channel.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction in the designated market.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Train, mentor, and motivate sales team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, including Dollar General representatives and store managers.

  9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  11. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations.
  12. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the brand and build strong relationships.
  13. Monitor and manage sales budgets and expenses to ensure appropriate allocation of resources.
  14. Collaborate with the HR department to recruit, onboard, and train new team members as needed.
  15. Uphold a positive and professional image of the company at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Sales Experience In The Retail Industry, Preferably With A Focus On Consumer Packaged Goods.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Sales Representatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers.
