  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for customer management and growth, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  3. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer management.
  5. Monitor and track customer performance metrics and provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
  6. Negotiate and manage contracts and pricing agreements with retail customers to maximize profitability.
  7. Conduct regular store visits and attend industry events to stay updated on market trends and competition.
  8. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a high level of performance and continued growth.
  9. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Continuously monitor and improve processes and procedures for customer management and retail operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Customers.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Retail Management Or Customer Service, Preferably In The Food Industry.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team To Deliver Exceptional Customer Service.
