- Monitor and track market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and risks.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external research partners and vendors.
- Lead the development and execution of market research projects, including designing surveys and analyzing data.
- Utilize a variety of data sources, such as sales data, consumer surveys, and social media analytics, to gain a comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior.
- Identify and prioritize key consumer segments and develop targeted strategies to engage and retain them.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in consumer insights and strategy.
- Act as a thought leader and advocate for the role of consumer insights in driving business success.
- Mentor and train junior team members in research methods and analysis techniques.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and budget requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and methodologies for gathering and analyzing consumer insights.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Consumer Insights And Strategy Development, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Market Research Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Insights And Recommendations To Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Consumer-Driven Strategies That Drive Business Growth.
