- Develop strategic marketing plans for the brand portfolio to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing plans.
- Create and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities to inform brand strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand engagement and loyalty.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales, market share, and brand health, to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate best practices into marketing strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing efforts align with brand guidelines and values.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to support their growth and contribute to team success.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential roadblocks to ensure timely and successful execution of marketing plans.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Brand Management, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Consumer Behavior And Market Trends.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Marketing Strategies To Drive Brand Growth And Profitability.
