- Develop and implement employee benefits programs that align with company values and goals.
- Manage and maintain all aspects of EPDM (Employee Paid Disability Management) for the organization.
- Communicate effectively with employees to educate them on benefits offerings and answer any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all benefits programs are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze and evaluate current benefits offerings to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the benefits program.
- Ensure accurate and timely administration of benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with benefits providers and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality offerings.
- Educate and train HR staff on EPDM policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and manage benefit costs and budgets to ensure financial sustainability for the organization.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of benefits programs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Act as a liaison between the company and employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and issues.
- Develop and implement employee communication strategies to promote benefits offerings and educate employees on utilization.
- Prepare and present reports and data analysis to upper management on the effectiveness and usage of benefits programs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve employee satisfaction with benefits offerings through surveys and feedback.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Prior Experience In Benefits Management, Preferably Within A Large Organization.
Knowledge Of Epdm (Employee Productivity And Development Management) Software.
Understanding Of Federal And State Laws/Regulations Related To Benefits Administration.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
