- Stay updated on industry trends and advances in packaging technology to propose innovative and sustainable solutions.
- Analyze and evaluate packaging materials, processes, and equipment to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Utilize food science principles to develop packaging solutions that maintain product quality, safety, and shelf life.
- Conduct testing and analysis to ensure packaging meets regulatory and compliance standards.
- Assist in the development of packaging specifications and guidelines for production.
- Troubleshoot packaging issues and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Communicate and present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of experiments, results, and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree In Packaging Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Packaging Development Or R&D At A Consumer Packaged Goods Company
Knowledge Of Current Packaging Trends, Materials And Technologies
Proven Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Meet Deadlines
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Suppliers, And Partners.
