  1. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support business objectives.
  2. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial success and support decision-making processes.
  3. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business growth and profitability.
  4. Monitor and report on key financial metrics, identifying trends and potential issues.
  5. Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
  6. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
  7. Manage financial planning and analysis processes, including variance analysis and cost control.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in the market to inform financial decision-making.
  11. Train and mentor junior finance team members to support their professional development.
  12. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement company-wide financial initiatives.
  14. Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on financial analysis and insights.
  15. Proactively identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
  16. Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Finance Or Accounting Role, Preferably In A Large Consumer Goods Company

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Analysis, Budgeting, And Forecasting

  • Excellent Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee A Team And Drive Results

  • Experience Working With Sap Or Other Financial Software, As Well As Advanced Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
