
Associate Director, Marketing - Desserts

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Kraft Heinz's dessert brands, including but not limited to advertising, promotions, product positioning, and packaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key consumer insights and translate them into effective marketing initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and drive results.
- Work closely with sales and product development teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans.
- Analyze consumer data and market research to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for future improvements.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget for the desserts division, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to develop and implement creative campaigns and initiatives.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and ensure consistency in messaging and brand positioning across all marketing channels.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make adjustments as needed to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Marketing, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Consumer Behavior And Market Trends In The Dessert Category.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Marketing Campaigns.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Manage Cross-Functional Teams.
