Associate Director- Marketing

The Associate Director Premium Coffee is a key member of the Coffee Cross-Functional Leadership team. Accountable for developing the overall brand strategies- plans- and programs and guiding a team through delivery. Responsible for leading identification of powerful consumer insights to unlock growth- whitespace opportunities- new product concept ideas- and impactful communications. Lead 3 direct reports to deliver business goals and priorities. Interaction with others requires highly developed skills to motivate- inspire and persuade to execute key brand initiatives. Create consumer demand for assigned brands/categories and formulate the brand's long-term strategy. Develop portfolio strategy and evolution of the product line to best meet consumer and retailer needs. Lead development of 3-year innovation road map. Own development and implementation of integrated marketing communications and media plans
